It seems that we are all getting tired of PacWest. This letter is from Pend Oreille Public Utility District to Mr. Tymko of Hi-Test Sand Inc./ PacWest Silicon LLC. They’ve terminated the cost reimbursement agreement with and terminated their request for services.
