The Court denied our request to hear our case on the Land Sale Lawsuit. As we await to hear our next steps from our legal team, we need to keep in mind PacWest still has not been able to apply for the many permits needed to move forward. They are now 3 years behind schedule due to the efforts of the Citizens. CANSS remains dedicated to our mission. Everywhere PacWest turns we will be there!
